TeleSight, Inc., Honored with Sears Partners in Progress Award
CHICAGO, IL. – August 3, 2011– TeleSight, Inc., a surveying solutions firm based in Chicago Illinois has been awarded Sears’ prestigious Partners in Progress Award for the third time. Sears announces the recipients of the Partners in Progress award annually, with less than one percent of their suppliers receiving the award. TeleSight was given this elite award in recognition of its customer satisfaction survey work for Sears Home Services.
This is the third time TeleSight has been named a Partner in Progress in the last four years. The award was presented by Mark Gattari, Director, Field Logistics National Contracts; Ed Frankowski, Manager, Field Logistics Contracts; and Olivia Morales, Field Logistics Administrator. The award was given to Ann Knowles, owner of TeleSight, during a meeting at Sears’ headquarters in Hoffman Estates. She had no prior knowledge that TeleSight had been nominated and was delighted to be acknowledged for her company’s hard work.
Ann, on receiving the award, “I was completely surprised since I know how rare it is for a vendor to be named a Partner in Progress multiple times. To win it three out of the past four years is a thrill.” She believes that “This honor is definitely the result of a team effort at TeleSight. Everyone from our systems people and schedulers to our analysts and client services managers delivered- not only providing excellent work, but also good communications, speedy response and a terrific attitude of partnership with Sears.”
TeleSight has worked with Sears for nearly twenty years and is excited to earn the coveted award for the third time. Lou D’Ambrosio, Chief Executive Officer and President, explained that the program “recognizes our top-performing supplier partners for their commitment to supporting our company’s vision of improving the lives of our customers by providing quality services, products and solutions that earn their trust and build lifetime relationships.”
He added that the Partners in Progress award is presented to those suppliers that have demonstrated the highest level of commitment, quality and innovation.
TeleSight’s experience and responsiveness has made it a valuable vendor for many Fortune 100 companies. It has evolved from a small consulting firm into one of the largest customer satisfaction research specialists in the U.S. TeleSight manages survey programs that generate nearly 450,000 completed surveys a month.

TeleSight, Inc. Announces Re-branding of Company Logo and Redesign of Website
November 18, 2010
TeleSight, Inc., Chicago-based specialists in customer satisfaction research have announced the re-branding of their company logo and redesign of their website, www.telesight.com. This dramatic design change highlights a move towards a more contemporary image, representing TeleSight’s energy and the dynamic nature of their company.
Working with Chicago-based branding and design firm, McKnight, Kurland, and Baccelli (MKB), TeleSight strived to create a logo that would be symbolic of their work and experience. “We wanted to show a more contemporary look and also to incorporate some design elements that reflected aspects of the customer satisfaction research business,” explained President of TeleSight, Ann Knowles. The green and gray overlapping shapes of the logo were designed by MKB to symbolize varieties of customer populations and the sampling process.
Manager of New Business Development, Christina DeArment believes that the new branding reinforces TeleSight’s twenty-year tradition. “TeleSight is a dynamic company, offering sophisticated solutions to our clients and staying ahead of the curve. Our new branding is a visual statement of our commitment to change and innovation.”
According to Cliff Knowles, TeleSight’s Business Manager, there could not be a better time to launch a new branding identity and web presence. “The last time we updated our logo was nearly 12 years ago. Not only has graphic design changed in that time, but our business has also changed dramatically.”
Twelve years ago TeleSight completed surveys for clients solely by telephone interviews. Today, TeleSight offers many methodologies including live agent, interactive voice response (IVR), web, and integrated service surveys. Their clients, including Microsoft, GE, The Hartford, Sears, and many other Fortune 100 companies, take advantage of the cost efficiencies of these new survey methodologies — helping them reach more customers while maintaining robust metrics that help guide their businesses.
